CRUDE AND REFINED SUNFLOWER OIL
Sunflower oil is one of the most common edible oils; it is obtained by the mechanical pressing of sunflower seeds. The Sunflower seed contains about 48 – 53 percent edible oil. The oil is mainly used for cooking and shortening, and for preparing salad dressing and margarine. Sunflower oil is a health benefitting oil due to its low content of saturated fats, high levels of PUFAs and monounsaturated fatty acids, and vitamin E. It has good oxidative stability, and the high-oleic sunflower oil is suitable for industrial frying.

REFINED SOY OIL
Soy oil is the oil extracted from soybeans. Crude soybean oil undergoes further refinement- degumming, refining, bleaching, and deodorizing and forms refined soy oil. Soybean oil is the leading vegetable oil traded in the international markets, next only to palm oil. It has a share of 24% in total vegetable oil consumption. Soy oil accounts for nearly 75% out of total vegetable oil in-take in the US. Soy oil is cholesterol-free and high in polyunsaturated fat. Soy oil is light in flavor and has almost no odor.

CASTER OIL AND SEEDS
India is known as a world leader in caster seed and caster oil production and leads the international caster oil trade. Caster oil production in this country usually fluctuates between 250000 and 350000 tons per year. Approximately 86% of caster seed production in India is concentrated in Gujarat, followed by Andhra Pradesh and Rajasthan. Specifically, the region of Mehsana, Banaskantha, and Saurashtra/Kutch in Gujarat and the district of Nalgonda and Mahabubnagar of Andhra Pradesh are the major areas of caster oil production in India
Caster oil is a vegetable oil pressed from caster beans. It includes a mixture of triglycerides in which about 90% of fatty acids are ricinoleate. Caster oil and its derivatives are used in the manufacturing of soaps, lubricants, hydraulic acid, brake fluids, paints, dyes, coatings, cold resistant plastics, waxes and polishes. Annually, 270000-360000 tonnes(600-800 million pounds) of caster oil are used for a variety of uses

RAPESEED OIL
Rapeseed oil is one of the oldest known vegetable oils. There are both edible and industrial forms produced from rapeseed, the seed of several cultivars of the plant family Brassicaceae. Historically, it was restricted as a food oil due to its content of erucic acid.
The rapeseed oil industry is a significant global sector focused on the production and processing of rapeseed oil, a versatile oil derived from rapeseed plants. It's a major source of edible oil, ranking third globally, and also finds use in industrial applications like biodiesel production and as a lubricant. The industry is experiencing growth, driven by increasing demand for healthy cooking oils and sustainable biofuel sources.
